How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing the order takes up to 24 hours. Depending on the shipping method chosen, the order should take around 2-8 days within Canada and up to two weeks for the United States.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.
Where is my order?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You will be able to track your order online. If you are having issues with tracking please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return your item(s), please complete this Return Form. Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving it, with all tags attached. Please send the items in the original packaging, or in a bubble envelope to protect the item(s). It is your responsibility to provide the correct packaging to make sure all items arrive at our facilities in perfect condition. Returned items will be at the buyers expense, shipping is non-refundable. We recommend that you also request signature upon delivery, any items that are lost in transit will not be our responsibility. In all cases, all products up for a refund need to be in perfect condition and with no evident signs of usage, otherwise we will not provide a refund.
Will I have to pay custom/duties?
If you are located outside of Canada, you may be required to pay custom/duties/fees. In all cases, we are NOT responsible for any fees you may be required to pay upon delivery.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not exchange items at this time.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
To prolong the life of the plating we strongly suggest to NOT shower, swim, exercise etc. with your jewelry on. Contact with water, perfumes, lotions might cause the parting to wear off. For more information, please visit our Product Care page.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the additional item and email us at email@example.com - we will gladly waive the shipping on this order if it is placed before the original shipment is confirmed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted, you are unable to cancel or change the order.
Can I use more than one promotional code?
Promotional codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers, we will only accept ONE promotional code per purchase. It also cannot be applied to previous orders. Promotional codes are only applicable for the indicated time frame stated. The discount will be reflected after the discount code has been entered during check out.
How can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping to Canada and the US for orders over $75, before taxes. This includes when a discount code is applied; the sub-total will need to be greater than $75 for free shipping.
