Returns

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item, with all tags attached. Please send the item(s) in the original packaging, or in a bubble envelope to protect the item(s). It is your responsibility to provide the correct packaging to make sure all items arrive at our facilities in perfect condition. Returned items will be at the buyers expense, shipping is non-refundable. We recommend that you also request signature upon delivery, any items that are lost in transit will not be our responsibility. In all cases, all products up for a refund need to be in perfect condition and with no evident signs of usage, otherwise we will not provide a refund. Once we receive your return, it may take up to 2 business days to process the refund and up to 10 days for your bank to process the funds.
